The shipment consists of 80 cases of wine that is stacked onto two pallets. Each pallet is prepared for shipping and the shipment is wrapped with shrink-wrap. Is your company properly licensed to haul wine throughout the European Union? Can your company deliver this shipment within the next week? Do you have a standard price list that you can send me? What steps do you take to ensure this shipment will arrive at its destination on time and undamaged? If the shipment is damaged, how quickly does your company resolve claims?
