Traveling can be a lot of fun most of the time. Yet, there are other times when traveling can be a headache. For a trip that I am planning to take soon after the first of the month, this may be especially problematic since I must take 6 additional suitcases that contain portions of a presentation that I must make. I just know the airline will charge me a significant part of my paycheck. Therefore, I have posted here to ask for information about international excess baggage to Croatia. If you company can ship my baggage efficiently and save me money over the airline, then I will ship all of these bags with your company. Does your company charge by the bag or by the weight? Can you deliver my baggage by the time my flight arrives? Do you also deliver to the hotel, or should I plan to pick these bags up at your office? What is your company's record of baggage lost or damaged during shipping? How does your claims process work if any bag is lost or damaged? These are a few questions that I have.
